AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE.NO. 4043, NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING
TO FIXING AND LEVYING A PROPERTY TAX ON ALL
PROPERTY WITHIN THE. CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1979-80..
WHEREAS, Ordinance -No., 4043.was adopted by the City
Council on September. 4, 1979; and
WHEREAS, through'inadvertence'and clerical error, the
Ad Valorem tax rate'for'fiscal year 1979-80 was improperly -stated;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its-interition to
correct said clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE'CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:'
SECTION 1.
That said Ordinance'No. 4043 be,' and the same is hereby,
amended, nunc-pro tunc, to read as follows:
"That there be, and hereby is, fixed and levied a
property tax for the fiscal year 1979-80 of Nine and Five -
Tenths Cents.($0.095) on each One Hundred Dollars -($100.00)
of the assessed valuation of all real and personal property
within the corporate limits of the City of Anaheim, for the
purpose of paying the annual interes.t,on bands and such part
of the principal as will become'due before the proceeds -of
the next general tax levy will be available."
SECTION 2.
In all other conditions -and respects. Ordinance No. 4043'
shall remain in full force and effect..
SECTION 3:
The City. Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the sameto be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption; in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of.general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
.its. final passage it .shall take effect and be 'in full force.

THE -FOREGOING ORDINANCE is -approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of
nctober. 1979.
