4053ORDINANCE N0. 4053 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang- ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Being a division of a portion of the land allotted to Paula Peralta de Dominquez as described in the final decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana which was entered September 129 1868 in Book "B" Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of Los Angeles, and a portion of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Meridian in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, lying within TP -699. -- Being a division of a portion of the land allot- ted to Paula Peralta de Dominquez as described in the final decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana which was entered September 122 1868 in Book "B" Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court of Los Angeles, -1- ATTY-50 77-78-63(1) and a portion of Section 12,.Township 4 South., Range 9 West, San Bernardino Meridian in the' City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, lying within TP -700. now is "RS -A-43,000 (SC)" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICUL.TURAL, SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorpor- ated in "CL (SC)" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That fire hydrants shall .be installed and charged as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to. commencement of struc- tural framing. 3. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. 4.. That the owner(s.) of subject property shall pay the traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896) in an amount 'as determined by the City Council, for each -new dwelling unit -prior to the issuance of a building permit. 5. That Condition Nos. 1 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 'SECTION 2.. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property.above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which hit is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,' and said City -Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City. Engineer is hereby directed to -prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION- 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to. be printed once.within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City., and thirty. (30) days from and after its. final passage, it shall take. effect. and be in full force. -2--.
