A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONSIDER THE
VACATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND
EASEMENTS (Abandonment No. ABA2023-00425).
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare
its intention to consider the vacation of the following public streets, highways and service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9
of the Streets and Highways Code); to -wit:
The abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as a
segment of Short Street right-of-way described as lying northwest of
Kellogg Drive southeast of the city boundary and abutting 5055 Short
Street, and generally depicted on a map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation
will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in
the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on May 7, 2024.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 2 day of Apr i 1 , 2024, by the following roll -call vote:
AYES: Mayor Aitken and Council Members Kurtz, Diaz,
Leon, Rubalcava, Faessel and Meeks
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
