AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC79-155 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of Lot 33 of Anaheim Extension, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, as shown on a Map of Survey made by William
Hamel and filed in the office of the county recorder
of said Los Angeles County, California, a copy of
which is shown in book 3, page 163 et seq., entitled
"Los Angeles County Map", records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line
of that certain 5.25 foot strip of land, described
in the deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded in book
174, page 35 of Deeds, records of said Orange County,
with the Northerly line -of the 60 foot strip of land
described in the Deed to Southern Pacific Railroad
Company, recorded in book 42, page 225, of Deeds,
records of said Orange County; thence North 00" 14'

25." West 192.11 feet along said Easterly line; thence
South 390 54' 05." East 130.93 feet; thence South 370
27' 25" East 109.52.feet; thence South 350 23' 24"
East 77.17 feet to said Northerly line; thence from a
tangent bearing North 770 29, 43" West, Westerly
---r 203.17 feet along a curve concave Northerly and having
a radius of 1402.47 feet through a central angle of
80 18-' 01" to the point of beginning, .
now is "CG" COMMERCIAL, GENERAL ZONE and that it be changed to and
incorporated in "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the fol-
lowing condition:
That the owners of subject property shall pay the traffic
signal assessment fee (Ordinance No. 3896), in an amount as deter-
mined by the City Council, for industrial buildings prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall -certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty -00) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of October, 1979.
