RESOLUTION NO. 5234
A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CLTY 6F'ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
5124 ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES, BY CORRECTING A
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN THE DESCRIPTION OF
THE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did heretofore, to wit, on the 31st day of March, 1959, adopt
Resolution No. 5124 accepting a grant deed from Wilson Naka-
mura, Ayako Nakamura, Nobora Nakamura, and Teruko Nakamura,
conveying to the City of Anaheim certain real property for
public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a typographical
error was made in the description of the real property con-
tained in said resolution, and that said description should
be corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5124, adopted
March 31, 1959, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the description of the real property
mentioned in said resolution be corrected
to read:
"The Northerly 173 feet of the Westerly 97
feet of the Easterly 432 feet of the North-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B. & M."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5124 be and remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUi'ION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of May, 1959.
