RESOLUTION NO. 5233
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF .ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
5123 AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND ACQUI-
SITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY, BY COR-
RECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN THE
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on the 31st day of March, 1959, adopt
Resolution No. 5123 authorizing the purchase and acquisition
of certain real property described therein from Wilson Nakamura,
Ayake Na~amura. Nobora Nakamura and Teruko Nakamura for munioi-
pal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a typographical
error was made in the description of the real property con-
tained in said resolution; that is, said property is desoribed
as being located in the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range II West, S.B.B.
& M., when it is in fact located in the Northwest quarter of
the-Sout~ quart.ror Section 13, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, S.B.B. & M.; and
WHEREAS. the City Council does find that the des-
cription of the real property contained in said resolution
should be corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 5123, adopted March
31, 1959, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the location of the real property
described in said resolution be corrected
to read:
"Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, S.B.B. & M."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 5123. be and remain in full force and
effect;
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 12th day of May, 1959.
