SELVER ADOPTED APRIL 2, 1959.
\VHEREAS, heretofore to wit on the second day o~ April,
1959, the Executive Committee of the Orange County Joint Outfall
Sewer did duly pass and adopt Resolution No.7 entitled "Resolu-
tion of the Executive Committee of the Oranze County Joint Out-
fall Sewer declarinz its policy for the collection and disposal
of sewac;e by its mem~ers, and users;" and,
\'JEEREAS, the Executive Cqmmittee did resolve that it shall
:)e the policy of the Orange County Jolnt Outfall Sewer to under-
take a viGorous pro~ram to operate thls sewage system in a manner
to provide t'1e maximum carrying capacity without sewaGe over' 'low
and did urge each msmber and user of the facilities of the Orange
County Joint Outfall Sewer to do and comply with the measures
set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Counc i I of the
- CHof Anliij;uHm does find,
and determine tlat the policy declared in said resolution should
be approved nnd carried out by each member and user of the Orange
County Joint Outfall Sewer system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of thl r:ity of Ana.heim that Resolution No.
"7 entitled "Resolution of the Exec1..1t've bommittee of the Orange"
County Joint Outfall Se;derJ8clarinc,; l ts policy for the collec-
tion and disposal of sewa;e by its members and users," adopted
April 2, 1959, be, and the same is hereby approved, and that
the measures therein recommended be complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION passed and adopted this
