CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND -
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones ereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission=
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
That portion of the lands allotted to M. Yorba
according to a map attached to and made a part
of the Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de
Santa Ana, rendered in Case No. 1978, of the 17th
Judicial District Court of Los Angeles County,
California. A certified copy of which is recorded
in Book 28, page 158, Deeds of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning in the center line of the Anaheim Ditch
346.40 feet South 810 15' 20" East from Northeast
corner of land conveyed by Marcus Yorba to Angel
Nabarro by deed recorded in Book 55, page 10, Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California, and
running thence North 810 15' 20" West along said
center line of said ditch 201.60 feet; thence South
0° 33' 50" East 454.57 feet; thence South 750 21'
East 206.18 feet; thence North 0' 33' 50" West
476.06 feet to the point of beginning.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 210.00 feet.
now is "RS -A-43,0.0.0." RESIDENTIAL/AGRICUL.TURAL ZONE, and that
it be changed to and incorporated in "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL
ZONE,. upon the following condition:
That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
shall be complied with as required by the City. Engineer,.and
in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property
is developed.
'SECTION 2.
The City.Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended. and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which hit .is now situated and incorporated in and
made a part '.of the zone or zones as above .set forth, and said
City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
S'EOTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to.be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed,.published and
circulated in said City, and thirty -(g.0) days from and after
its final passage,.it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of
October, 1979•
