CONVEYING TO 'rHE CITY UF A.NAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOE AN &~SEMENT FOR STREET
AND UTILITY PUR?OSES.
WEEEEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for publiC purposes, to wit; An easement for street and utility
purposes; and
WllliIlliAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the Gity; and
WHEEEAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

of California, to be used for street and utility purppses, and
more particularly described as follows:
An easement for street widening and utility
purposes over the Westerly 45 feet (measured
from the center line of Sunkist Street) of
the following described property:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast ~Jarter of Section 12, Township
4 South. Hange 10 '.-.Jest, in the Hancho San
Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, partly in the City
of Anaheim, all in the County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded
in Book Sl, Page 10, of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said county, described as follows:
