ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD j}ND FURLIT UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council ot the City or Anahet. i.

described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection
of the North line of La Palma Street,
with the West line of Kemp Street, as
shown on a map of the Gresswell Subdi-
vision filed in Book 6, Page 47, Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California; thence, Northerly
165.00 feet; thence Westerly parallel
with the North line of said La Palma
