RESOLUTION NO. 5213
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-8.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on the
7th day of October, 1958, hold a public hearing to consider a pro-
posed change in the boundaries of the zone or zones mentioned and
described in application for a change of zone No. F-58-59-8, and
did withhold action on said reclassification until October 21, 1958,
at which time it referred said reclassification back to the City
Planning Commission for further study and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did, after further
study and consideration, make its report to the City Council and
did recommend the termination of all proceedings in Reclassification
No. F-58-59-8; and
~IEREAS, the City Council does find that all proceedings
for the reclassification of the property described in said appli-
cation for a change of zone should be terminated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Application
No. F-58-59-8 for a change of zone be, and the same are hereby
terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 5th day of May, 1959.
