RESOLUTION NO. 5190
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4572 GRANT-
ING AMENDED VARIANCE NO. 823.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 10th day of June,
1958, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 4572 granting
Amended Variance No. 823 subject to certain conditions set forth
in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the description
of the real property mentioned in said resolution and upon which
said variance was granted is erroneous and should be corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4572 granting Amended
Variance No. 823 be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:

That the description of the real property mentioned
in said resolution be changed to read as follows:
All that certain real property in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, being that
portion of Lot 29 of Anaheim Extensionf per map by
WIlliam Hamer;uTiled for record in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, a
copy thereof being on file in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, in Book 3, Page
163, et seq, of Los Angeles County Maps, and that
portion of Citron Street vacated May 17, 1913, by order
of the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the center line intersection of Vermont
Avenue (formerly Broad Street) and Citron Street, as
shown on said map; thence South 15038110" East, along
the center line of said Citron Street, 389.47 feet to
the true point of beginning of the boundary of the
land herein described; thence South 74027114" West,
parallel with said center line of Vermont Avenue 204.23
feet to the Northeasterly line of the land conveyed to
the State of California by deeds recorded in Book 2160,
Page 280 and in Book 3435f Page 472 of Official Records,
records of said County; thence South 40.52120" East,
along said Northeasterly line, 362.42 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent curve, concave Northeasterly, and
having a radius of 250.00 feet; thence Southeasterly,
along said curve, through a central angle of 19052137",
a distance of 86.73 feet to said center line of Citron
Street; thence North 15038tlO" West, along said center
lIne, 398.05 feet to the true point of beginning.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of April, 1959.
