ANAHEIM A.CCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR

WHEREAS, the City Council o~ the City o~ Anaheim 1.
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for rOMI1I and 'DUblic utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve o~t".red to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim ~inds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City o~Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real prope~ty.

fornia, to be used for roads and public utility purposes ,

An easement for roads end public utility purposes
over. under end across the Easterly 23 feet of that
portion of lend describ.ed as follows:
Beginning at a point 33 feet distant from the center
line of E.Vermont Avenue and 30 feet distant from the
center line of Placentia Avenae. being the true point
of beginnin,;; thence westerly along the Northerly
right-of-~ of Vermont Avenue. a distance of 135 feet;
thence Northerly parallel to Placentia Avenue, a dis-
tance of 135 feet; thence Easterly parallel to Ver-
mont Avenae. a distance of 135 feet; thence Southerly
along the Westerly right-Of-way line of Placentia Ave-
