by deed recorded January 6, 1934 in Book 650, Page 497,
Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County; being the Westerly line or the
Southerly extension thereof of land described, Certifi-
cate of Title No. 9794. issued by the Registrar of Titles
of said Orange County, on December 24. 1943; thence
South 740 301 West along the center line of Center Street,
4.86 feet; thence North 140 431 West 407.38 feet to a
point in the Westerly line of said tract of land con-
veyed by the deed above mentioned, being the Westerly
line of said land described in a Registrar1s Certificate
of Title above mentioned. said point being North 150 24'
West 407.32 feet from the point of beginning; thence

1. That the owner of subject property deed to the City
of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet in width, from
the center line of the street, along East Center
Street for street widening purposes.
2. That sidewalks be installed as required by the City
Engineer.
3. That the owner of subject property pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot on Center
Street, for street lighting purposes.

4. That the owner of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim C-I Deed Restrictions,
approved by the City Attorney, which restrictions
shall limit the C-l uses of the property to business
and professional offices and any uses allowable in
an R-3 Zone; and that that portion of Item 4 of said
restrictions which provides that no building shall
be used for residential purposes shall be deleted
therefrom.
5. That all of the above conditions shall be complied
with within a period of 90 days from date hereof,
or such further time as the Council may grant.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be. and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to
accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary
and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of April, 1959.
