A RESOLlr'TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF A1\fAh'EIM GPcANTING A MOVING
PEP~IT TO GLEN K. TOMLIN TO MOVE A
COiNERCIAL BUILDING FROM 66h4 LINCOLN
AVENUE, ORANGE COUNTY, TO 3126 WEST
LINCOLN AVENUE, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Glen K. Tomlin having filed a wl'itten
application for a moving permit to move a commercial build-
ing fl'om 6644 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Orange County, Calif-
ol'nia, to 3126 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California;
and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for
public hearing on the 14th day of April, 1959, at the hour
of 7:00 o'clOCk P.M., and notice of the time and place
fixed for said public hearing having been given by mail to
all per'sons residing wi thin a radius of three hundred feet
from the property upon which it is pl'oposed to move said
building 01' structure, at least ten da;ys prior to the date
fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared
upon the last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly
held and conducted and the City Council having duly consi-
dered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said application should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED by the City Couneil
of the City of Anaheim that the application of said Glen K.
Tomlin for a moving permit to move a commercial building fl'om
6644 Lincoln Avenue. Anaheim, California, to 3126 West Lin-
coln Avenue, Anaheim, California be, and the same is hereby,
granted subject to compliance with all of the provision of
Article VIII. Chapter 5 of the Anaheim MuniCipal Code, relating
to the moving of buildings from a point outside of the City
of Anaheim to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE I~OREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of April. 1959.
