struction of cement curbs. gutters and B1.dewalks b;y Bllyone
constructing any building or d"elling within the City of
Anaheim. where said improvements do not alread.y ex1at; and
WHI!:REAS. a waiver of aid8walk: requirements has
been requested for the property located at 1200 :Blast Ball
Road. Anaheim. Calitorni.. and
WRMR~A~. the Cit;y Council does find and determine
that there is no present need. for such improvement and that
a teaporary waiver of the requir8lllent thereof should be
granted until such time as sidewalks are f01Ul.d to be ilecessar;r
and required by the Cit;y Engineer.
NOW, !HEUFORBl. BE If RESOLVED by the City Council
ot the Oi t;y of Anaheill that a tellpOrary waiver of sidewalk
requirements for the property located at 1200 East :Ball Road.
