A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN.AHlllIM FINDING AND DlllHRMINIEG THAT A
CHANGE OF ZOD SHOULD llOT :BE GRANTED IN A
CIlRUIN .AREA OF THE CITY HIlREINAnEli DJlSCRIDD.
~~AS, the Oity Planning Commission of the Cit7 of Anaheim
has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution recommending deBJal.
wi thout prejudice, of a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, after having fixed a time and place
for the holding of a paDlic hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed
in Article lX. Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Mu.nicipal Code, and after having dulJr
held and conducted such public hearing to consider said proposed change
of zone or zones, And after havirie received evidence and reports from persons
interested therein; and
WHEBEAS, within a period of forty (40) da;rs following the
hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce by formal reso-
lution its findings of facts and declare its opinions and reasons for
recommending denial without prejudice of said proposed change in the boun-
daries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described; and
~~AS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation of
the Cit;y Planning Coamission, the City Council did thereupon fix the 7th
day of April, 1959. as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall
of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said proposed.

WHEREAS. the City Council does find and determine that the
propert;y and area proposed to be chaDged from the zone in which it is now
situated to a different zone. as hereinafter set forth, is more suitable
for the aOne in which it is now incorporated and that a change of zone
should not be granted;
llOW. THlilREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Oity Oouncil of the
City of Anaheim that all of the property and area situated in the Oity
of Anaheim. Count;y of Orange. State of California, described as follows:
Lot 17 of Tract No. 2176, in the City of Anaheim.
County of Orange. State of California, as per map
recorded in book 59. pages J4 and 35 of Miscell~
neous Maps. in the office of the count;y recorder
of said county.
remain in the R-l. ONE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZOEE, in which it is now in-
corporated, and that the reclassification to 0-1., NEIGHBORHOOD COMMER-
CIAL ZOEE, be denied as recommended by the C1t;y Planning Commission.
