ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEEDCOwn;nJJG TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PORIOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anahe1m i.
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property tor
pub1i4 purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes . ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha...!L ott'"el"ed to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ot Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City ot ADahei.

under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
That portion of Dreyfus and others land as shown on a map
of survey made by William Hamel. Records of Los Angeles
County. California, a copy of which is filed in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, in
Book 3. Page 163. et seq. entitled Los Angeles County Maps,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of
South Street and the Easterly line of the 50.00 foot
Atchison. Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad right-of-~ as
described in a deed recorded in Book 407. Page 3S of
Deeds. Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence
North 740 211 04" East 15.24 feet; thence South 410 08' 16"
West 18.26 feet to a point in the East line of last men-
tioned Railroad right-of-way. said point being distant
