A RESOtaUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OITY OP
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OONVnING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND RJJ3LIC UTILITY RJRPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim i.
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property tor
publica purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
P\U'1)oses ; and
WHEREAS, . the owner s of said property ha va orr-.red to
sell and convey the same to tne City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council ot the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest ot the Clty o~Anahel..

and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point 40.00 feet Easterly of the West line of the
NWt of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
and 360.00 feet Southerly of the North line of the NWt of said
Section 27; thence Easter~ along a line parallel with the North
line of the NWt of said Section 27, a distance of 5 feet to a
point in a line parallel with and 45.00 feet Easterly of the
West line of the NWi of said Section 27; thence Southerly along
the last mentioned parallel line 140.00 feet to a point, said
point being the beginning of a curve concave Easterly and having
a radius of 280.16 feet: thence Southe!'ly and Easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 110 36' 48" an arc distance of
56.78 feet to a point said point being the beginning of a re-
verse curve having a radius of 306.16 feet: thence Easterly and
Southerly along said reverse curve through a central angle of
110 36' 48" an arc distance of 62.06 feet, to a point in a line
parallel with and 57.00 feet Easterly of the West line of said
NWt of Section 27; thence continuing Southerly along the last
mentioned parallel line to the South line of the NWf of the
EWi of the NWt of said Section 27: thence Westerly along the
last mentioned South line to a point in a line parallel with
