WHEREAS, the City Council ot the Cl ty ot Anaheim 11
deslrous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property tor
publiC purposes, to wit: An easement for drainage purposes

aDd more particularly described as follows:
An easement for drainage purposes over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows: That portion of the land as shown as "Dreyfus and
Others" on a map of Anaheim Extension, in the city of Anaheim, Coun~of Orange,
State of California, as per map of survey by William Hamel filed in the office
of the county recorder of Los Angeles County, a copy of which is located in
Book 3, Pages 163 et seq entitled "Los Angeles County Maps" in the office of
the county recorder of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is South 74021' 15" West 44.50 feet and
North 150 )6' 55" West )).00 feet from a concrete monument at the intersec-
tion of the centerline of South Los Angeles Street with the centerline of West
Vermont Avenue as shown on a map of Tract No. 1194, recorded in Book 38, Page
2 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of county recorder of said county of
Orange;
Thence South 740 21' 15" West 5.00 feet parallel with said centerline
of Vermont Avenue;
Thence North 150 )6' 55" West 41.90 feet parallel with said center-
line of Los Angeles Street;
Thence North 290 23' 05" East 1).44 feet, more or less, to the
westerly right of way line of Los Angeles Street, said right of way line being
40.00 feet from the aforementioned centerline of South Los Angeles Street;
Thence South 150 ;6' 55" East 7.07 feet along said westerly right
of way line of Los Angeles Street;
Thence South 2902)' 05" West 6.36 feet, more or less, to an angle
point in said line;
