A RESOLUTION OF 'mE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF .ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GR.A1JT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF .ANAHEIM CERTAIN RE.AL PROPERTY
J'OR PO'BL I C PURPOSES.
WHEREAS. the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter into an eacrow
with Wilson Nakamura and Ayako Nakamura, husband and wife, and Nobora
Nakamura and Teruko Nakallll1ra. husband and wife. at Home Savings and Loan
Association. 211 East Center Street. Anaheim. California. for the purchase
of the hereinafter described real property for public purposes; and
~RW.A~. said Home Savings and Loan Association. Anaheim Branch.
is now ready to close said escrow, and a deed has been prepared conveying
said property to the City of Anaheim free and clear of all encumbrances
except the second installment of taxes for the fiscal year 1958-59, and
all covenants. conditions. restrictions, reservations. rights, rights of
way and easements of record.
NOW. THEREFORi, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the deed conveying the following described property situated
in the City of Anaheim. County of Orange. State of California. to wit:
The northerly 173 feet of the westerly 97 feet of the
easterly 432 feet of the Northwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 13. Township 4 South. Range 11
West. S.B.B. & M..
to the City of Anaheim be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be. and it is
hereby. authorized to deliver to said Vendors the amount of the purchase
price for said property. heretofore deposited in escrow, when all con-
ditions of said escrow have been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed' by me this 31H
day of March. 1959.
