ORDINANCE NO. 4072
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING
NEW SECTION 14.32.178 TO CHAPTER 14.32,
TITLE 14, OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
LATING TO PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That new Section 14.32.178 be, and the same is hereby,
added to Chapter 14.32, Title 14, of the Anaheim Municipal Code
to -read as follows:
1114.32.178 CITY PARKING LOTS -- PERMIT OR
EMPLOYEE PARKING
Itis unlawful to park or leave parked
any vehicle on a City -owned or maintained off -street -
parking facility in a parking space designated by
signs and/or distinctive markings as being restricted
to. "PERMIT parking," "EMPLOYEE parking," or a similar
type of restrictive designation, unless said vehicle
displays in the left rear window or bumper area thereof
a valid permit issued by the City for such purposes.
Any vehicle displaying such a permit shall not be
otherwise subject to the parking restrictions specified
in Section 14.32.179 hereof." .
'SECTION• 2•.
The City Clerk shall certify to -the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(1.5) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take. effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved andopted by the
