AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones Fe'—reinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain conditions
and requirements precedent to the adoption of an ordinance chang-
ing said zone or zones, which conditions and requirements have
been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
THE EASTERLY 500.00 FEET OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 15 AS
SHOWN ON A PLAT SHOWING SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH
HALF OF SECTION 219 TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10
WEST, BEING A PART OF THE FAIRVIEW COLONY TRACT,
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 1 PAGE 33
OF MISCELLANEOUS RECORD MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF
THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION INCLUDED WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF TRACT NO. 28549 AS PER MAP RECORDED
IN BOOK 90 PAGES 39 AND 40 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN
THE OFFICE OF SAID COUNTY RECORDER,

now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to, and incorporated in "C-R" COMMERCIAL -RECREATION ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
-i, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied
with as required by the City -Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, at the time the property is developed.
2. That :the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate fee as determined by the City for
street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate fee as determined by the City for
tree planting purposes, said amount .to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director
of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final
building inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural conforrmancei with
the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the'zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City. Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to -be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of October, 1979.
