A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF APARTMENT JB1JlILDINGS ON
THE ELEVEN LOTS IN TRACT NO. 3278 FACING ON
WALNUT STREET, UPON THE CONn IT IONS HERE IN-
AFTER SET FORTH.
WHEREAS, Kenneth Kiker appeared before the City
Council on the 31st day of Ma~ch, 1~59 and presented pro-
posed plans for the development of Tract No. 3278 and the
construction of apartments along Walnut Street, which
plans were reviewed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that the
plans submitted for the construction of apartments on the
eleven lots facing Walnut Street, with the agreement on
the part of Kenneth Kiker that one pair each of the seven-
unit plans as presented will be constructed, the pairs to
be matching pairs, and that the five remaining eight-unit
plans will be constructed in matching pairs, except for the
one odd eight-unit on the south lot, which unit will face
Andre Road, are satisfactory and should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
the developer may use his choice of elevations presented
for the eight-unit apartments; and that the pairs of seven-
unit apartbHntt aad the pairs of eight-unit apartments shall
be alternated; and that the setback on the eleven lots facing
Walnut Str~et shall be staggered substantially in conformity
with the standard units on the other forty-four lots in said
Tract No. 3278;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the plans this day submitted by
Kenneth Kiker to the City Council for the construction of
apartments in Tract No. 3278, upon the e~even lots facing
Walnut Street, be and the same are hereby approved upon the
terms and conditions hereinabove set forth.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 31st day of March, 1959.
