Holidays as herein referred to shall be deemed to be NeH Year1s Day, Decoration Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans. Day, Thanksgiving DFY and Christmas Day. If any of the above mentioned holidays other than Labor Day and Thanks- .~iving Day falls on Sunday, the .following Monday shall be con- sidered a le~al holiday.
