to object to said sale and to offer to purohase said properly.

the City of Anahei. that it does hereby objeot to the sale of said
Lot 21 of the Schaffer and Oswald Subd.1vis1.on, in the City of
Allaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as propo.ed by
the County Tax Collector, and does hereby offer to puroaa.e said
Lot for the sum of $500.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, 8Ild she
is hereby, authorized and direoted to certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and to furnish to the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Orange and to the County Tax Colleotor, certified oopies
of this Resolutioa, together with a request that. the City be per-
mitted to purchase said Lot, pursuant to the provisions of Division
1, Part 6, Chapter 8 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State
of Cali:fornia.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 4790, adopted
September 30, 1958 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
