WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim aid
aeretofore. to vit en the 17th day of February. 1959, adopt
Resolution 110. 503A in reclassification proceedinQs No. F-58-59-47.
finding and determining that the property and area described in
said resolution should be changed from R-A, Residential-Agricul-
tural Zone to the zones set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, a written request has been filed vith the City
Council asking that one of the parcels of property described in
Resolution Bo. 5038; namely, Parcel No.3, be excluded from said
reclassification; and
WHEREAS. the City Council does find that said request
shoald be granted and Parcel No.3 excluded from said Resolution
Bo. 5038; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zones
and completing said reclassification proceedings;
NOW, 'mEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anabeim that Resolution Bo. 5038 in reclassification
proceedings No. F-58-59-47 be, and the same is hereby, amended
by deleting Parcel 110. 3 of the real property described therein.
and that the description of the real property in said resolution
.e changed to read as follows:
PARCEL 1.
The West 200 feet of the North 250 feet of Lot 1 in
Block wAw of Tract Ro. 13. as shown on a map recorded
in Book 9. Page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County. California.
PARCEL 2.

Lot 1 in Block "A" of Tract Jlo. 13, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 9, Page 12 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County. California,
EXCEPT the west 200 feet of the North 250 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
resolution be $nd remain in full force and effect.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an amendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code to amend said Anaheim Municipal Code to
accomplish the object herein found and determined to be necessary
and proper.
