RESOLUTION NO. 5083
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of GOSPEL CRUSADERS - Rev. Chas. F.
Wichner President and Shirle L. Wichner Secretar
to sell to the City of Anaheim the 1'0 lowing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

An easement for road and publiC utility purposes over, under and
across those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL 1: The Northerly 32.00 feet and the Easterly 30.00 feet of
the Northerly 393.45 f'eet of' the East half of' the West half' of the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of' Section 18, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, San 3ernardino Base & Meridian.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point 30.00 feet West of the East line
of the Northwest quarter of' the Northwest quarter of' the Southwest
quarter of' Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. &
M., and 47.09 f'eet Southerly of the North line of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of' said
Section 18, said point of beginning also being the beginning of a
curve concave Southwesterly and h8ving a radius of 15.00 feet;
thence Northerly and Westerly along said curve through a central
angle of 90. 191 25", an arc distance of 23.65 feet to a point in
a line parallel with and distant 32.00 feet Southerly of the North
line of' the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of said Section IE; thence Easterly along said parallel
line 15.09 f'eet; thence Southerly to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
of' Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners of'
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of' Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1400)4
