A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1M ACCEPT ING A GRANT DEED CONVEY ING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter
into an escrow .ith Florence H. Spencer, an unmarried woman,
at Orange County Title Company, 421 North Main Street,
Santa Ana, California, for the purchase of the hereinafter
described real property for municipal purposes, together with
an option on certain additional parcels of real property; and
WHEREAS, said Orange County Title Company is now
ready to close said escrow and a deed has been prepared con-
veying the hereinafter described property to the City of
Anaheim free and clear of all encumbrances, except all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights,
rights of way and easements of record;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1
of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
The Southerly 190.74 feet of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as said section is shown on a
map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.

PARCEL 2:
An undivided 3/120ths interest in the following de-
scribed property:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as said section
is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the Offic8 of the County
Recorder of said County; thence Southerly 348.00 feet
to the point designated herein as the point of begin-
ning; thence at right angles Westerly 192.00 feet;
thence at right angles Southerly 40.00 feet; thence
at right angles Easterly 20.00 feet; thence at right
angles Northerly 30.00 feet; thence at right angles
Easterly 172.00 feet, more or less, to the east
boundary line of the said Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 13; thence at
right angles Northerly 10.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
to the City of Anaheim be, and the same is hereby, accepted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendor the
amount of the purchase price for said real property above
described and option, heretofore deposited in escrow, when
all conditions of said escrow have been met and complied with.
'mE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 3rd day of March, 1959.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the Cl ty
