A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND BJBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
. WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real properti ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public uti ity
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owners or said property have orrered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim rinds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest or the City or Anaheim
to accept said orrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the
City or Anaheim that the orrer or ~lda M. Hemmerling, a married
woman, and Emma Meger, an unmarrie Qrn/:iIl,
to sell to the City or Anaheim the rollowing described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County or Orange, State or Cali-
rornia, to be used ror road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as rollows:

An easement ror road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as rollows:
BeginGing at a point 30.00 feet West of the East line and 30.00
reet North or the South line of the Northeast quarter or the North-
east quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base & Meridian; thence Westerly along a line parallel
with and distant 30.CO reet Northerly or the South line of said
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter or Section 17, a distance
of 55.00 reet; thence, Northerly parallel with the East line or
said Section 17, a distance or 15.00 feet; thence, Easterly along
a line parallel with the South line or the Northeast quarter or the
Northeast quarter of said Section 17, to a point, said point being
the beginning of a curve concave NorthHesterly and having a radius
or 15.00 feet; thence, Easterly and Northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 890 12' 48" an arc distance of 23.36
feet, to a point in a line parallel with and 53.00 reet Westerly or
the East line of said Section 17; thence, Easterly parallel Hith
the South line of the Northeast quarter or the Northeast quarter of
said Section 17, a distance or 23.00 reet, to a point in a line
parallel with and 30.00 feet Westerly or the East line or said
Section 17; thence, Southerly along the last mentioned parallel
line to the point of beginning.
