A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEED-
INGS IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 65 -66 -108, AND DECLARING RESOLUTION
NO. 66R -414 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 21st day of
June, 1966, the. City Council did adopt Resolution No. 66R -414
in Reclassification Proceedings No. 65 -66 -108 finding and
determining that the property therein described should be
changed from R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL
ZONE; and
WHEREAS, since the adoption of said Resolution No.
66R -414, one of the owners of subject property has advised the
City Council that the commercial development proposed for the
adjoining property has failed to materialize; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that, inasmuch as the
service station now being operated on subjet property was
established under a conditional use permit, all proceedings for
the reclassification of subject property at this time .should be
terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. 65 -66 -108 be, and the same are hereby
terminated; and that Resolution No. 66R -414 be, and the same
is hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of September.
