A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED BY
THE CITY IN CONNECTION WITH TITLE 17, LAND
DEVELOPMENT AND RESOURCES, CHAPTER 17.08,
SUBDIVISIONS, OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, Title 17, Chapter 17.08, Paragraph "F. FEES
AND PERMITS," provides that the fees to be charged in connection
with subdivisions shall be established by resolution of the
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said fees shall be as follows:
1. MAP FEES:
(a) Tentative map filing fee $50.00
(b) Final map filing fee $25.00.
(c) Parcel map filing fee $10.00.
(d) Record of survey filing fee $10.00.
(e) Reversion to acreage
map filing fee $50.00.
2. CHECKING FEE $7.00 per hour. This fee
shall be charged for the checking of final
tract maps, tract improvement plans, parcel
maps, records of survey and reversion to
acreage maps, and any other maps or surveys
established pursuant to this Chapter.
3. INSPECTION FEE $6.00 per hour.
4. STREET TREE FEE $0.15 per front foot.
5. PARK AND RECREATION FEE $25.00 per lot.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and
me this 2nd day of August, 1966.
