RESOLUTION NO. 5050
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim is
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public
llti li ty purposes ; anel
WHEREAS, the owner or said property ha s oftered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest or the City or Anaheim
to accept said orrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City or Anaheim that the orrer or JAMES H. NELSON. a single man,
as his sole and separate ~ropert1
to sell to the City or Anahe m the ollowing described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County ot Orange, State of Cali-
rornia, to be used ror road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes,
over, under and across that parcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The iasterly 45.00 feet (as measured to the
center line of Dale Avenue) of the Northerly
175.00 feet of the Southerly 491.27 feet of
the Easterly 264.00 feet of the Northeast
~Jarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian.
