A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR RO,AD AND .PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim 1s
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for ~oad and pubLiC
utili ty purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the
City of Anaheim that the offer of DONALD D. WELLS and E~GENE w. WELLS,

to sell to the City ot Anahe m the ollow ng described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road ant uUbl~ utility purposes ,
and more particularly describe as 0 lows:
An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that parcel
of land described as follows:
The Northerly 32.00 feet (as measured to the
center line of Orange Avenue) of the Easterly
80.00 feet of the Westerly 310.00 feet of the
Northerly 165.00 feet of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 17, Township LI. South, Range
10 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
