RESOLUTION NO.. 5048
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AlJD PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

over, under and across those parcels of land described
as l~olloHs:
Parcell: The Northerly 60 feet and the Westerly
45.00 feet of the West 531.20 feet of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
Parcel 2: Commencing at a point 76.37 feet South-
erly of the North line of the Northwest quarter of Section
26, Township 4 Soutn, Range 10 I-lest, S.B.B. & M., and 45.00
feet Easterly of the West line of the Northwest quarter of
said Section 26, said point of beginning also being the
beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a
radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along
said curve through a cen tral angle 'of 91" 17' 30", an arc
Qistance of 23.90 feet to a point in a line parallel with
and distant 60.00 feet Southerly of the North line of the
IJorth1iJest quarter of said Section; thence Wester'ly along
the last mentioned parallel line 15.34 feet to a point in
a line parallel with and 45.00 feet Easterly of the West
.Line of the Northwest quar'ter of said Section 26; thence

said real property, out of General Funds of t,he City of Anaheim.
