RESOLUTION NOo 5057
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILHY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim 1s
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property :tor
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owneI8 of said prGperty have oftered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City o:t Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil or the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Harrv W. Yost and Martha M.
YORt husband and wife
to setl to the City of Anaheim the following desoribed real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State 01' Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Southerly 53 feet (as
measur'ed at right angles to the monumented center
line of La Palma Avenue) of that parcel of land
described as follows:
~he Westerly 73 feet of the Easterly 179 feet
of the Southerly 180 feet of Lot 11 of Miles Rencho,
as shown on a map filed in Book 4, Page 7 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.

of Anaheim, and that the City ot Anahetm acoept a oonveyance at said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLV.ED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim bej and he is hereby. authorized to pay to the owners of'
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($lDOO)D
