A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSE~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for Road and Public
Utility Purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of saId preperty ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Louis Tardif and Eliane Tardif.
husDand & wife; Leopold Paquin and Dorea Paquin, husband & wife;
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes ,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Southerly three (3) feet of the Northerly 23.00 feet and the
Westerly two (2) feet of the Easterly 32.00 feet of Lot 6 of Tract
No. 162 of the Home Croft Tract as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 12, Page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a oonveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be~ and he is herebYt authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, ou.t of General Funds of the City of Anaheim.
