A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim 1.
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha~ offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ABE SCFdARTZ and LIBBY SCHWARTZ,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for road and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and publiC utility purposes over, under and
across those parcels of land described as follows:

Parcell: The Westerly 25.0G feet of the Southerly 320.46 feet of
Lot 9 of the South Placentia Tract No.1, as shown on a map filed
in Book 5, Page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
Parcel 2: The Southerly 23.00 feet of Lots 8 and 9 of the South
Placentia Tract No.1, as shown on a map filed in Book 5, Page 42
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
Parcel 3: Beginning at a point 25.00 feet East of the West line of
the above mentioned Lot 9 and 37.86 feet Northerly of the South line
of said Lot 9, said point being the beginning of a curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southerly
and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 890281 40",
an arc distance of 23.42 feet, to a point in a line parallel with
and 23.00 feet Northerly of the South line of said Lot 9; thence
Westerly along the last mentioned parallel line to a point in a
line parallel with and distant 25.00 feet Easterly of the West line
of said Lot 9; thence Northerly along the last mentioned parallel
line to the point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City ot Anahe~m accept a oonveyance ot said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby. authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1000)0
