A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYIN~ TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ~Of,D jU~D V0BLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim 1.
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have ortered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim tinds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City ot Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Arlaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($loOO)o
