OF ANAIiE 1M AMEND ING RESOLUT ION NO. 4834 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-58-59-ll.

did heretofore, to ~it, on the 4th day of November, 1958,
adopt fles?ll1tion No. ),U3L! in reclassification proceedings
No. ~-/S-)9-11, upon applicaLion from Twin Cities Realty
Co. for a change of zone of certain real property described
in said application; and
'NHEREAS, Condition 1,Jo. c of said resolution reads
as follows:
n2. Ttat if there are any irrigation lines on
subject properly serving adjacent properties,
said lines shall be maintained without inter-
ruption or serviC2.'t
AIJDNHEREAS, the ai),licant lias requested that this
condition be deleted from Resolution No. 4834, and the City
Council does find that said condition should be omitted as

WHEREAS, LtC City C::;uncil does :~urther find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change
of zone and completing said proceedings;
NOV!, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council
a'' the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. ~B34, adopted
November ~, 1950, be amended by deleting therefrom Condition
Ha. 2 reading as follows:
"2. That if th'~re aI'S any irrigation lines on

the l\naheim l\!uLicipal Code tel arJlend sairJ Anaheim Municipal
Code to accomplish the object herein found and determined to be
nace3sary and proper.
