A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim 1s
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property ror
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the ownerJL or said property ha~ ortered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Anaheim rinds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City or Anaheim
to accept said ofrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the
City of Anaheim that the ofrer of LEWIS L. SINOR and CAMILLE S.
SINOR. husband and wife.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State or Cali-
fornia. to be used foran easement ror road and public utility purp~es
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement ror road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Westerly 53.00 reet (as measured to the center
line of Placentia Avenue) of that portion of the NWt or the
NWi of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West. in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as said Section is shown
on a map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Section,
South 134.25 feet from the Northwest corner of the South half
of the NWt of the Nwt or said Section 12; thence South 85.00
feet along said West line; thence East 150 reet; thence North
85.00 feet parallel with said West line of said Section 12;
thence West 150.00 reet to the point of beginning)
