RESOLUTION NOo 5008
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND fUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property tor
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility
pllrposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner__ of said property ha~ ottered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the
City of Anaheim that the offer of MAMIE A. BRUMAGIM, a widow, as
her sole and separate property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the. following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purp~es:
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point 95.00 feet Southerly of the North
line of the swt of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B.& M. and 30.00 feet Easterly of the West line of the swt
of said Section 21; thence Easterly parallel with the North line
of the swt of said Section 21, a distance of 23.00 feet; thence
Northerly parallel with the West line of the swt of said Section
21, a distance of 35.01 feet to a point, said point being the
beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 890 58' 00", an arc distance of 23.55
feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant 45.00 feet
Southerly of the North line of the swt of said Section 21; thence
Easterly along the last mentioned parallel line, a distanoe of
37.01 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel with the West
line of the swt of said Section 21, to a point in a line ~arallel
with and 20.00 feet Southerly of the North line of the SW4 of
said Section 21; thence Westerly along the last mentioned parallel
line to a point in a line parallel with and 30.00 feet Easterly or
the West line of the swt of said Section 21; thence Southerly
along the last mentioned parallel line to the point of beginning,

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anahe~m accept a oonveyance of said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners or
said real property, out of General Funds or the City or Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($l~OO)~
