A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim 1.
desirous or purchasing the hereinarter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement ror road and public utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner or said property ha s ot'fered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council ot' the City ot' Anaheim finds
that it is ror the benerit and best interest ot' the City of Anaheim
to accept said orrer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ot the
City or Anaheim that the orrer ot' PAULINE MARION. as her sole and
separate property
to sell to the City or Anaheim the rollowing described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County or Orange, State of Cali-
t'ornia, to be used t'or an easement ror road and ublic utili t ur ~es l
and more particularly descr bed as 0 ows:
An easement ror road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point 58.00 feet Northerly of the South
line of the NEt or Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.8.B.& M. and 30.00 feet Westerly or the East line ot' the NEt
of said Section 20; thence Southerly along a line parallel with
the said East line to a point in a line parallel with and distant
Northerly 20.00 feet rrom the South line of the NEt of said
Section 20; thence Westerly along the last mentioned parallel
line a distance or i5.OO feet; thence Northerly parallel with the
East line of the NE~ of said Section 20, to a point in a line
parallel with and 45.00 t'eet Northerly of the South line of the
NEt of said Section 20; thence Easterly along the last mentioned
parallel line a distance of 37.01 feet to a point, said point
being the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Easterll and Northerly along said
curve through a central angle of 890 55' 00", an arc distance of
23.55 reet, to a point in a line parallel with and distant 53.00
