A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim 1s
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and publiC utility
ourooses ; and
WHEREAS, the owner 8 of said pr~perty ha va of'fered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and ---
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of' Anaheim finds
that it is for the benef'it and best interest of' the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of' Anaheim that the of'fer of' ALBERT HEMLER and HILDE HEMLER,
husband and wife.
to sell to the City of' Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of' Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for road and public utility purp~es
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point 95.00 feet Northerly of the South
line of the NWt of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B.& M. and 30.00 feet Easterly of the West line of the Nwi
of said Section 21; thence Easterly along a line parallel with
the South line of the NWt of said Section 21, a distance of
23000 feet; thence Southerly along a line parallel with the West
line of the NWt of said Section 21, a distance of 34.99 feet,
to a point, said point being the beginning of a ourve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence South-
erly and Easterly along said curve through a central angle of
90. 02' 00". an arc distance of 23.57 feet to a point in a line
parallel with and 45.00 feet Northerly of the South line of the
NWt of said Section 21; thence Easterly along the last mentioned
parallel line, a distance of 36.99 feet; thence Southerly
parallel with the West line of the NWt of said Section 21, to
a point in a line parallel with and 20.00 feet Northerly of the
South line of the NWt of said Section 21; thence Westerly along
the last mentioned parallel line to a point in a line parallel
with and 30.00 feet Easterly of the West line of the Nwi of said
Section 21; thence Northerly along the last mentioned parallel
line to the point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Counoil of the City
of' Anaheimg and that the City of' Anahe~m accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be$ and he is hereby. authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out of General Funds of the City of Anaheim,
the sum of One Dollar ($1400)4
