5005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NOS. 4987
AND 4999.
WHEREAS, tae City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on January 13, 1959, adopt Resolution No. 4987 granting the
request of Carl Arthofer for the modification of C-l deed
restrictions filed as a condition to the approval of
Reclassification No. F-55-56-2; and
WHEREAS, the City Council thereafter was informed
that said condition was also contained in the ordinanoe
reclassifying the property described in said reclassification,
and thereupon adopted Resolution No. 4999 rescinding the
resolution above mentioned, and referring said matter to the
Planning Commission for investigation, recommendation and
report to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the said Carl Arthofer has now notified
the City Council that said modification of deed restrictions
is no longer necessary and has withdrawn his request for the
removal of Condition No.4 from Ordinance No. 1020 in
Reclassification No. F-55-56-2 and from the dead restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolutions Nos. 4987 and 4999 be,
and the same are, hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 27th day of January, 1959.
