wrnmJll.AS, Frank B. Jones. having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
2064 Collins Street. Orange. California to 3150 W. Bell Road, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 20th day of January, 1959, at the hour of 7:00 0'c10ck:
P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said public hearing
having been given by mail to all persons residing within a radius of
three hundred feet from the property upon which it is proposed to
move said dwelling house. building or structure, at least ten d~s
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such owners
appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll; and

upon said datlil and said hearing haTing been duly held and conducted and
all persons interested therein given an opportunity to be heard, and
said Council having duly considered said application, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said application should be granted snbject to the condition that the
owner of subject property deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
53 feet in width from the center line of the street along Ball Road,
for street widening purposes.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLlED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the application of said Frank B. Jones for a house
moving permit to move a dwelling house from 2064 Collins Street, Orange,
California to 3150 W. Ball Road. Anaheim. California, be. and the same
is hereby. granted upon the condition that the owner deed to the City
of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet in width from the center line of the
street along Ball Road. for street widening pur:poses, and further subject
to compliance with all of the provisions of Article VIII, Chapter 5 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code. relating to the moving of buildings from a
point outside the City of Anaheim to a point within the City of Anaheim.
THE FORlIDOI5G RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
20th day of January, 1959.
