WHIRIAS. the applicant in reclassification proceedings
)To. F-S5-56-2 has requested that Item )To. 4 of standard City of Anaheim
0-1 Deed Restrictions placed of record on the property described in said
reclassification. and as required in Condition )To. 4 of the ordinance
reclassifying said property. be waived to allow construction of R-3. mn1-
tip1e-family dwellings on a portion of said property; and
lrBI:R>>'S. the City Council finds that such request
should be granted and that Item No. 4 of said 0-1 deed restrictions
should be vai ved; and
WHEREAS. the City Council does further find that all
IllUltiple-family dwellings constructed on the property described in said
reclassification proceedings should have a minimum floor area of 640 aquare
feet. with 5~ tolerance under. for one-bedroom apartments and a minimum
floor ar~a of 800 square feet. with 5~ tolerance under. for two-bedroom
apartments.
NOW. TBllREFOIiE. BE IT IiESOLVE by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Meyor and City Clerk be. and they are
hereby authorized to sign a consent to the waiver of Item No. 4 of the
0-1 Deed Restrictions heretofore placed of record by the applicant on the
property described in reclassification proceedings No. 1-55-56-2. and
recorded in Book 3527. page 64 of Official Records of Orange County.

.AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the multiple family
dwellings constructed on said property shall have a minimum floor area of
640 square feet, with 5~ tolerance under for one-bedroom apartments. and
a minimum floor area of 800 square feet. with 5~ tolerance under for two-
bedroom apartments.
