WHEREAS. the City Couacil did heretofore. to wit. oa the
2nd dll\Y of December. 1958. adopt its ResolutioD. 1'0. 4900 i:D. reclassifi-
catioD. proceedings }(o. :1'-58-59-20. approving the reclanificatioa of the
property therein described from R-A. RESIDlN!IAL-AGRlCULTcrRAL ZOIE to
OM2, GY,~JL-COMMlRCIAL ZOD. subject to the coaditio.s specified ia
said resolution; and

Council does find that said request should be granted and said property
reclassified from :a..A. BESIDENTIAL-AGRlCUL'lmlAL ZOO to 0-1. lIElGEBOll-
BOOD-OOMMIICIAL ZOBl. subject to the conditions set forth in said
Resolution 50. 4900, with the exception that Condition }(o. 1. reading as
follows:
"1. That the owners of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim c-2 Deed Restrictions.
approved by the City Attorney. which restrictions
shall prohibit the establishment and operation of
bars in subject area."

ADD ~lllAS. the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone and com-
pleting said proceedings;
I'OW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 4900. adopted December 2. 1958, be
and the same is hereby 8IIlended as follows:
That the property described in said resolutioa
shall be chllJlged from :a..A, RESIDBftIAL-AGRI CULroIUL
ZOllE to 0-1, NEIGBBOllBOOD-OOMMlllll.CIAL ZOD. subject
to the conditions specified i:a said resolution.
with the exception that Condition 50. 1 of said
resolution shall be changed to read as follows:
"1. That the owners of subject property place of
record standard City of Anaheim ().ol Deed
Restrictions. approved by the City Attorney.'

:BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 4900 be and remain in full force end effect.
.AlID BE Ii' FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be. and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the City
Council an 8IIlendment to Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal

Code to amend said Anaheim Mu.n.icipal Code to accomplish the objeci
herein found and determiJl.ed to be Jl.ecessary and proper.
