RESOLUTION NO. 4984
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN
EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim 1s
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
public purposes, to wit: An easement for road and publiC utility
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the owner__ of said property halL- offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim
to accept said offer and purChase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CARRIE P. McCLURE. an unmarried
woman. as her sole and separate property.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be used for an easement for road and publiC utility purp~e8
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land des~ibed as
rollows:
Beginning at a point 30.00 feet Easterly of the
West line and 30.00 feet Northerly of the South line of
the swt or the NWi or the NWi of Section 16, Township 4
South, Range lO West, S.B.B.&M.; thence Northerly along
a line parallel with and 30.00 reet Easterly of the West
line of the swi or the NWi of the Nwi of said Section l6,
a distance of 40.00 feet; thence Easterly 23.00 feet;
thence Southerly 9.48 feet to a point, said point being
the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having
a radius or l5.00 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly along
said curve through a central angle of 90.47Il2u, an arc
distance of 23.78 feet to a point in a line parallel with
and distant 4~.OO feet Northerly of the South line of the
swi of the NW4 of the Nwi of said Section l6; thence
Easterly along the last mentioned parallel line ll.58 feet;
thence Southerly ~arallel with the West line of the swi of
the NWt or the NW4 of said Section 16, a distance of l5.00
feet to a point in a line parallel with and 30.00 feet

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
or Anaheim be, and he is hereby. authorized to pay to the owners of
said real property, out or General Funds or the City of Anaheim,
the sum or One Dollar ($l~OO)~
