A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCE~TING A DEED QUITCLAIMING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY. FOR
MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim i.
desirous or acquiring the hereinarter described real property
ror municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner or said property has orrered to
quitclaim the same to the City and to pay the City the sum or
Firty Dollars <$50.00) in exchange ror the pump and motor
located on said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Councilor the City or Anaheim finds
that it is for the benerit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept a ~uitclaim Deed for said real property and
said Fifty Dollars <$50.00), and to give in exchange said pump
and motor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
-. the City or Ailahe1ll1 that the ofrer of OTTO W. LENZ to quitclaim
to the City or Anaheim the rollowing described real property
situated in the City or Anaheim, County or Orange, State of
California, to be used for municipal purposes, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
An undivided 7/40 interest in that one-fourth
of an acre of land in the form of a square,
situated in the Northeast corner or the North
10 acres or the West half or the Swt or the
NEt of Section 7. Township 4 South. Range 10
West, S.B.B.&M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim. and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quitclaim
Deed ror said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor or the
City of Anaheim be. and he is hereby, authorized to accept the
sum of Fifty Dollars <$50.00) from Otto W. Lenz.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all title and interest
or the City of Anaheim in and to the pump and motor located on
the above described property be, and the same is hereby trans-
ferred and assigned to Otto W. Lenz as his sole property.

this 6th day of January, 1959.
